THE BOOKING PROCESS

All bookings are made by contacting Moosewood Lodge directly via the “Contact” tab at the top of the page. Check the Reservation Summary here for available weeks, then simply send us a note with your preferred dates. Once we have confirmed that your dates are available, you will be sent a Rental Agreement for your consideration. Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive 50% of the weekly rental amount and the signed agreement. The balance of the rent is due in full 90 days prior to your arrival. All payments are made by check.

RATES AND FEES

Rates for the 2026 season are $5,800 for peak season (June 20 - September 12) and $5,200 for off-peak. An additional refundable $500 security deposit will be collected upon receipt of the balance due.
